Preserving the traditional way of chanoyu, is, in a broad sense, to maintain and promote the traditional culture of Japan.
If the spirit of hospitality in tea extends to the farthest corners of one's daily life, it will be a contribution to society and to regional areas.
Whether in Japan or abroad we make a positive effort to take part for the sake of international goodwill and cultural exchange, in cultural festivals and local gatherings and so on, particularly when requested by public organizations.
